Successful Fusion! - Edit
Great fusion of Indian classics and Mexican food, very flavorful, unique and fast (for a food truck is impressive)! Highly recommend. Vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Vegan Latin Indian fusion - Edit
Unique and delicious! They have an entire menu dedicated to vegan options and it’s pretty big. Got the Crunchwrap and it was delicious!
Read moreAnother review mentions the spice, and while it is spicy, it’s not over bearing. I can’t do much spice and was ok.
The only negative was it took 45 mins to get the food, so hunker down and order a beer while you wait.

Too spicy and also bland - Edit
I can handle some spice while my kiddo can't. We ordered two different vegan burritos and said mild. Both were EXTREMEMLY spicy and strangely flavorless (I know this is atypical for Indian food).

They have a separate vegan menu, which is almost all of their non-vegan stuff, just (obviously) veganized. It’s Indian-Mexican fusion, which is so unimaginably wonderful.
