Excellent service, amazing vegan spa(who knew that was a thing?). Different, personalised vegan menu each night. Amazing panacotta! Bright or own vegan wine as not serving booze just now. Afternoon tea surg cakes etc was decadent to say the least. Breakfast buffet was all fully vegan for us (only guests) with pancakes, toasts, "yogurts", juices, "cheeses" and "meats"
