Serving staff yesterday evening seemed conpletely untrained and clueless re what vegan is. This is despite 'vegan' being ckearly stated on the menu for certain dishes. The menu doesn't specify which of 8 self serve steamboat condiments are vegan. Staff are clueless what vegan is. Escalating to a lady with a "Captain" badge was unhelpful as she was beyond clueless what vegan means. She apoeared to be under the impressian that vegan = Buddhist vegetarian. She seened resolutely deternined to maintain her incorrect, pre existing understanding that vegan = Buddhist vegetarian. It was like talking with a brick wall.
Food when eventually server was tasty. 100 rmb for 2 people.
