Delicious vegan Ramen - Edit
We really fancied ramen and Arashi Ramen did not disappoint. Between us we tried all 3 of the vegan ramen options, and we were all very pleased with our choices.

It’s hard to find good vegan ramen but this place delivered! We visited twice during our stay in Canmore, and both times we got the Miso with rice noodles, and the TanTan with kale noodles. Staff were lovely, but seating is limited so arrive early if you don’t want to wait.

Read moreThree vegan ramen options, I asked about any vegan apps as well. They have a menu with the allergies listed if you need it.
We got the spring rolls and k tempura which were vegan. As well as the black sesame and regular sesame bowls with rice noodles instead of the kale noodles.
The apps were great, lots of flavour and warm. Big portion. The bowls were good but lacked some flavour and veg. Don’t get me wrong the sesame flavour was there but that was kind of it. Really wanted some heat or spice as it had a chili beside it on the menu. Also there was a lot of lettuce in the ramen bowl which was kind of unnecessary.
Wish I could give half stars on here for a 3.5, as it was a good experience overall. This is a popular place in Canmore and there’s limited seating here so get there early.
Pros: Big portions , Great apps, Fast and friendly service

Delicious & satisfying vegan - Edit
There were only a few vegan items on the menu, but each of those items were very vegan and very good. Everyone knew exactly what vegan needs are, and were very welcoming and accommodating, which extended to gluten-free needs as well. The veg black tan-tan was delicious and very satisfying. I would eat here all the time if I lived here.
