I loved my little brunch date at Aqui! Fabulous Mexican food with a wonderful indoor and outdoor terrace that was perfect for a weekend meal.

I went with their Sampler plate ($10) with guac, beans, and hummus (subbing out the sour cream to make it vegan friendly) and it came with a huge bowl of tortilla chips that were crunchy and satisfying. Loved this plate and it was easily sharable with the table.
For my main, I went with the Mushroom Enchiladas ($13) with lentils, sweet potatoes, and obviously mushrooms. The enchiladas sat on a bed of sauteed kale and was certainly a good sized portion. While the taste was a bit under seasoned, I loved the enchilada sauce that they used to really liven up the dish.
Service here was superb. Jairo at the cashier was kind enough to check the allergen list for me when I told him I was vegan, and I didn't even need to ask. It's the little things that really make a difference in what is normally already an inconvenient situation for me to be in.
Cheers Aqui! Great selection for us vegans and I look forward to coming back one day.

i love that aqui offers vegan dishes, noting them on the menu and even has vegan specials and seasonal vegan dishes. every plate is finely made, pleasing to the eye and mouth and super delicious! self serve salsa bar is a big plus. we come to any location of aqui as often as possible. pictures are mushroom enchiladas.

Different vegan options, nice for families - Edit
They had many different vegan options like burritos, tamales, bowls. etc. and lots of vegan starters and they were clearly labelled on the menu. I read that they recently changed their menu and included more vegan options.
