Nice little non-chain health food store. Note that it is located in the Stratford Centre across from Stratford Station, but it is pretty easy to find. The store is stocked with all sorts of vegan friendly products.

Fantastic little shop, very friendly and helpful staff. They stock a decent selection of vegan items for such limited space, I always find what I need. I much prefer it to the next-door Holland & Barrett.

Great little health food store that also has a large selection of vegan and cruelty-free products. They also have a cold selection of plant-based meats and cheese among all the usual sweets and treats like the famous Vego bars😄
Read moreThe #1 thing I like about this place though is they can refill all your laundry, soap, dishwashing, shampoo etc liquid bottles which is a fantastic way to reduce your plastic use. Compared to other places I've done this they are quite competitive on pricing. I just don't like that you can't do it yourself and they take your bottles to their back room but I guess this is down to shop floor space.

excellent Stratford health store - Edit
I shop in here often for tempeh and other healthy things. They have a small fresh section, plenty of staples as well as cleaning and personal hygiene products. They have excellent staff who are very knowledgeable and willing to help with questions on remedies. Please shop here rather than the chain stores where possible :)

I love Applejacks. The thing that makes it special is it's staff - they're unfailingly friendly and knowledgeable and always happy to help. Amazing selection of products and always happy to order things they might not stock.
