Summer ice cream pop-up

Apt 3 is sharing their space this summer with Saint ice cream. They have vegan soft serve (which I think they’re only serving on Tuesdays?). It’s on the pricey side, but very instagram-worthy! The “celebration crumble” and cotton candy “cloud” add-on options are vegan (the server clarified that they don’t use vegan sugar, which wasn’t an issue for me, but I was impressed with her noting that!). Great, traditional soft-serve; the toppings made it quite indulgent and I’d probably forgo next time. Actually, I’d probably order a shot of espresso from the Apt 3 baristas to make my own affogato!

Small,but cute coffee shop

Service is always very friendly at Apt 3. They have non dairy milk for drinks. They often have a vegan doughnut of the day. I would give them 4 stars if they had more vegan treats.

Pros: Non dairy milk

Cons: Not many vegan treats
