Le lieu est chaleureux et accueillant, le personnel aussi! La terrasse ouverte lors de la belle saison valait le détour.
Tout est fait maison, incluant les fausses viandes (faux poulet, faux bacon, etc) et est très bon.
Le brunch était délicieux!

La première chose qui m'a marquée quand j'ai été là c'était la déco vraiment cool et toutes les plantes dans l'entrée. Le resto a vraiment une cool ambiance, et le staff est super sweet. J'y vais régulièrement pour bruncher avec mon copain, leur burrito déjeuner est vraiment excellent!

Disappointing brunch - Edit
Fries for brunch were cold. Waffles were clearly made some time ago and stale. Seitan sausages were greasy. Honestly both brunch dishes we took were quite disappointing. Server was apologetic at least and the service (and coffee) was good.

Very pleasant décor. Good menu. Signage and menus are in French (but a QR code provides a link to an English menu). I chose the Burger Rock la Poire, along with a pint of good, local beer (Pixel IPA). The menu describes it as a house-made burger patty (it looked like a store-bought, round, flat one), and the burger meal with fries and salad was pretty good. I’d like to try more from the menu, especially brunch. They have poutine and smoked-meat sandwiches on the menu - traditional Quebec fare.
Read moreIn town six months later, I had the regular Poutine, which comes with a small green salad, and a glass of pale ale. Good meal. Pleasant service. Glad that they were open on a holiday Friday.

I'm definitely going to come back again, the staff is full of joy and the food is perfection. The menu is only in French but they'll answer any questions you might have. I got the "Burger Rock Ta Poire" and Poutine, the flavor of the burger was fantastic as they balanced the sweet and savory flawlessly! This was my first time trying poutine, so I'm not sure how it's "supposed" to taste in order to give a more in depth critique, but I sure did enjoy it!!

Read moreLike Aux Vivres, Lola Rosa, Green Panther and Végo, Antidote is one of the OGs of the vegan restaurants on the MTL stage. You have to respect what they've done for the community but at the same time they all share the same problem : the menu doesnt really have a soul.
Its a weird mix of veganized north-american comfort foods like burgers and poutines alongside classic vegan ethnic meals like tacos, hummus and curry.
The flavor profile of these things have NOTHING in common, so everything looses finesse and love.
I believe a smaller, simpler, more oriented menu would really allow the chef to make this beautiful restaurant an detour-worthy spot.

Super cute place with great vibe and good food. They have a fantastic brunch menu with carrot “lox,” poutine, French toast, and other breakfast staples made vegan. At night the beers and cocktails flow freely and the menu shifts to dinner faire. My favorite vegan poutine in Montreal!

First Time But Not The Last - Edit
This was my first time à Go Antidote, and I was extremely pleased. The food, service and ambiance are all excellent. I had the Steak Sub and my fiancé had a burger. We were both very pleased. It was also cool to see their Québécois Gin selection. We’re very excited to go to this place again and try something else on the menu.

I love their seitan bacon and their poutine. Where lots of vegan poutine has shredded “cheese,” the Antidote poutine uses chunks, making for a much more authentic experience.
Read moreFor brunch, the American breakfast is my go-to. I love their pepper sauce. I found the tofu scramble too mustardy and the tofu in the Benedict too firm.
Their salad dressing is very good too.
We always leave happy.

Read moreNous y sommes allé deux fois. La dernière fois nous avons bu un excellent cidre local et le vin est vegan. Je recommande.
Par contre n'ai voulu faire livrer deux repas et une heure après le resto a avertit le service de livraison qu'il était trop occupé pour me servir. Le proprio blâme le service de livraison lorsque de toute évidence une employée du resto m'a dit que c'est le resto qui était trop occupée !
Pros: Accueil, repas généreux et goûteux
Cons: Un peu cher, manque de choix Poutine à améliorer, Propriétaire peu réceptif à la critique.
