My partner and I shared two dishes. Japanese mushroom udon and a big plate of veggie spring rolls, noodle blocks, cucumber, salad leaves, fried silken tofu and a "shrimp" burger, with a dipping sauce. We didn't like the dipping sauce and the leaves they used were the furry kind so no to them. The tofu blocks were bland. The shrimp burger thing was yum, but overall the dish was disappointing and we didn't finish it.

I wouldnt go back personally but maybe other dishes were better.
Not the cheapest place either.

The Cat - Edit
I can’t give this one star, this app won’t let me. Yes I went and yes the food was ok, if a bit overpriced in my opinion. Then I went to the toilet. They keep a cat in a cage by the kitchen. Sometimes they let it out and it sits there on a chain. That is one unhappy cat. I was gutted. This restaurant is missing the point.

All the previous reviews didn't lie, the food here is outstandingly good. As an appetizer we had spring rolls (classic..) which had ham out of tofu, kimchi and vegetables in it. My boyfriend especially liked the dip but unfortunately we dont know what it was out of. As main dishes we had Taiwan's style noodle with lots of fresh vegetables plus an amazing tasting broth and the Ans Chief soup which was really the star of all the dishes we had. The broth was incredibly delicous. Also the peach smoothie is a big recommendation from us. I'm sad we can't come again to try more of their mind blowning food.

I visited Ans Vegetarian Cuisine today and I was really impressed! The restaurant is beautiful, the food was incredibly tasty and the serving sizes were generous! Plenty of vegan options all clearly labeled. Highly recommend.

All the dishes are so content in fullfiling composition of flavours, taste and colors. Such an good balance on the plate. So many addings, toppings, sauces. The place serves some vietnamese food such as asian in general. Just perfect. Local is so pretty and clean. Would love to be back.

A really lovely place in the middle of the city. The menu is really comprehensible with pictures and everything explained in English. You can try a lot of traditional dishes in vegan version. Our favorite are the spring rolls and the Cao Lao. Downstairs the area is also nice but I’d recommend to go upstairs cause the atmosphere is really worth it with a lot of plants.
Read moreUpdate 2022: we returned after 5 years and although there is no more space upstairs the food is still delicious and it’s very affordable. They have some vegetarian options with cheese but it’s clearly marked on the menu.

Dissapointing service! Ordered a dish and after a considerable amount of time, it came with a missing main ingredient. When I mentioned this to the staff, I was told that it’s out of stock. They should have told me this when I ordered not after waiting 15-20 min. I find it disrespectful.

Nice vegan place, the food was good, but not the very best of the city. The café has a really nice interior. It’s amazing what they can do with vegan food that taste like meat. Staff is friendly but not everybody speaks English.

I would definitely add this restaurant to my top 10 ranking in the city for its variety, portion sizes,taste and atmosphere (relaxed with good music). It's Vietnamese food but they include a pinch of Western receptes like Spaghetti with different choices of sauce (85k) and pumpkin soup. I tried Vietnamese food only.

5 Times at Ans and more - Edit
We ate at An’s at least 5 times. Every time it was delicious. Our favorite was the dumplings. We tried a lot of different dishes and were never disappointed. The only dish we did not liked as much was the Pad Thaï which was way too spicy for us but the taste was still good. Service is efficient even though they don’t speak a lot of English we used Google Translator and it worked well. You know you are in for a real treat when mostly locals eat there. The decor is very nice and the food to die for and the price is excellent. We hate like kings for under 300, 000 VND. The only thing missing is some desserts.

Fine Vegan Restaurant - Edit
Although it's a bit pricey and i came when it's fullmoon day (hundred of vietnammese people eat vegetarian/vegan together that day). The Vegan banh xeo chay is crispy to perfection. I love how they make banhxeo's sauce that maybe made from peanut. Green style on decoration and nice staff though had crowed of people. Will have to go back again if possible.

I tried lots of banhxeo style, but this is the best on my mind. They know how to do with the flour. Crunchy outside, pretty wet inside with something like peanut sauce...It make heaven into my mouth. Love it. I also tried sticky rice & wonton soup. It good too. Green decor, cozy atmosphere, average staff... That enough for a vegetarian foodtrip in Danang. The price i think maybe higher than ordinary but it's okie with me

New Green Star in Danang - Edit
I fall in love with green and colourful decoration. They look like coffee shop than a vegetarian restaurant. Food is amazing with lots of choice. The bread i ate with Vegan paste & tofu was pretty dried but fine. Average english staff but i feel fall in love with this restaurant and want to try again and again. So, high recommend for vegan/vegetarian.

The food is amazing and nice decor, price are pretty high but its Okie. I can see lots of Vietnamese young come with friends & family though i think vegetarian/vegan still to be a ''old & religion'' meaning in Vietnam. Attentive staff and drink fine too. The only disappoint thing is they only serve typical local food such as: my quang, hu tieu, noodles... before 12 p.m. But it's fine with me. Highly recommend.

We have lunch before departing to Ho Chi Minh. Young waitress can speak average English, menu in English and picture so no problem in ordering. Food is delicious and the portion are big for 2 of us.
