Very accommodating - Edit
The server was sweet and understood that vegan means no animal products. She said that they could veganize most entrees.

Tasty and plentiful - Edit
We just finished a late dinner there. Tofu available and tasted pan seared. Vegetables were steamed and tasty. Lots of options - told them no egg or fish sauce as advised by another reviewer. Nice sized portions and large block of plain white rice.

Ton of tasty veg food - Edit
We recently ate here on a road trip from Atlanta to Utah. It was late and we needed to get to our B&B soon. We called in our order and they had ready when we got there. We ordered vegan pineapple fried rice and a vegan flat noodle dish. Both were very good. My mother-in-law ordered pineapple fried rice with shrimp and they put lots of shrimp in it. There were a lot of vegan dishes and everything was clearly marked. All in all it was a good meal. We had enough left over for breakfast the next day!
