Heart and Soul - Edit
A very welcoming and friendly little cafe. Not a massive menu but the food is very homely and hearty and cheap with options priced at just £3.50. We ordered the vegetable soup and a jacket potato with hummus and salad, which were both tasty and filling and I would visit again if in the area. Be sure to check out the store downstairs before you leave.

Upstairs in a charming and peaceful shop. Vegetarian and vegan options. I had homemade mushroom soup, very filling and tasty.

Popped in here for a quick lunch one day and found it to be extremely friendly, homely, knowledgeable and very much vegan aware. They always make the soup vegan and at least one of the main courses. The specials board will reveal more or just ask the staff. They are most accommodating indeed. The curry I had was packed with lentils and kidney beans. It was tasty and served with a really light and delicious rice. Nicely priced at £4.50. Personally, I do like my curries much hotter than this but I would happily have it again. Absolutely perfect for a lunchtime though. The cafe itself is upstairs from a holistic shop. I'll most certainly like to visit again and sample more.
