They do they big one every time. I love Ani Ramen, the one in Montclair and Summit. I always get "No.4 (Vegan Raman) & Fried Tofu bao buns." I get my ramen extra spicy and the bao buns already come with spicy mayo. I always find comfort in this place. I put all my cousins on with Ani Ramen because I enjoy it so much. Fulls me up!

Mid, not many vegan options outside ramen - Edit
Pretty decent vegan ramen, but if you're looking for anything vegan outside of that that's actually filling,'good luck. Not much outside of the vegan ramen.

Good vegan ramen in a place with a cool vibe - Edit
Our plan for dinner was to walk the streets of Summit and pop in to wherever the menu looked good! We stumbled upon Ani Ramen which we had eaten at before in another location. There was a table for two so we were seated immediately.
Read moreWe shared the Ani salad which consisted of kale, crispy tofu, carrot, pickled vegetables, red onion with yuzu-sesame ginger dressing. I had the Vegan Ramen, (that's what it's called), which had vegetable broth, sesame shoyu tare, shiitake mushroom, tofu, cabbage, scallions, and chives. It was warm and filling, though rather salty. Prices are reasonable. Establishment charges a 3% convenience fee for paying by credit card, but it is removed if paid with cash.
