Just Pizza - Edit
If you’re vegan, the main reason to go there is for the pizza, which for vegan pizza is very good. Otherwise, it’s your typical gas station convenience store with a grill and some fairly spartan but sunny seating in a separate area of the building. Vegan pizzas include cheese, Mediterranean, and “loaded” which includes vegan sausage and pepperoni. (I think there was a fourth, but I don’t remember what it was.) I ordered the loaded one and it was about as tasty a vegan pizza as I’ve had. My omnivore companions even liked it.

Pretty good - Edit
We got a pizza, chikun fingers & beyond sausage on a bun. All were good. The pizza is pretty similar to the vegan one at Pizza Pizza. It uses Diaya. Personally not a huge fan because the cheeze gets gluey but appreciated the option.
Read moreThe sausage was excellent and the chikun fingers were really good (not sure what brand they use).
The paper menu has the vegan options listed on the back, however the menu on the monitor screens (above the cooking area) does not mention vegan options at all. Some staff knew what we were talking about and others didn’t. Call ahead and double check timing and if they still have the vegan options (sometimes they run out). The posted hours for Happy Cow, Google & their Facebook page were all different.
Please note shared oil/fryer & grills. There is no separate area for cooking the vegan options.
Pros: Availability, Lots of options
Cons: Expensive, Shared grill/oil

Best vegan pizza - Edit
Vegan pizza made to order, but you have to ask for the vegan toppings. They have vegan cheese, sausage and meatballs plus lots of veggies. It is inside the convenience store at the shell gas station.

I found vegan pizza in Warren, Maine! - Edit
I was visiting my mom in Maine this summer and was so excited when we found out Andes Variety had vegan pizza on their menu!
Read morePizza was just what we needed and they had several vegan meats to choose from for toppings! Nate who was making pizzas that day actually said he was vegan and he is working on adding more vegan stuff to the menu soon. I’m super excited to visit next summer and will report back on our findings. Hopefully this helps someone find food while visiting Coastal Maine.
Thanks for making me a yummy vegan pizza 🌱
Pros: Vegan pizza! , More coming, Snacks & drinks available too
Cons: Not tons of other options
