Have to ask for special meal to be prepared!!! - Edit
Avoid all the "vegetarian" options in their lunch buffet (EVERYTHING has oyster sauce in it), but you can ask for a special meal to be prepared without it (we asked for pancit with vegetables and tofu to be made with just soy sauce, which is how we often have it, but it wasn't very good here and the lady was very reluctant to accommodate a special request, unfortunately).

More than vegan friendly!! - Edit
Absolutely recommended and not only because it is the only veg friendly place in town! We've been there a few times and also ordered some take out.
Read moreThe manager/owner is a woman and sometimes her mother is there at her place. Both have a broad knowledge of vegan food and diet. Moreover are very friendly: one evening we arrived very late, almost at closing hours and the restaurant was empty. We asked if it was possible to have some vegan food to take out. The owner let us in and let us enjoy our meal in the restaurant. We thank her very much and she replied something like: "of course, I know this is the only place in town offering vegan food, if I would have turned you out, you would had no other place to go".
You cannot order "a la carte", they would simply make a dish with vegan protein, veggies and whole rice (see pictures). You can ask for some vegetables in particular if you want. Delicious fresh juices and smoothies (some have milk).
They also have a small shop and some frozen vegan mock meat that you can buy from them.
Pay attention when ordering the veggie noodles: the portion is extremely huge, for more than 3 persons.
Pros: Vegan food! Mock meat, Friendly staff very aware about veganism, cheap
Cons: opening hours: it closes early in the evening
