Fine, cheap food - Edit
Ananda is a cafeteria, where the food is cheap and the portions is big. The menu changes every day, but the food itself is not the best. It is cafeteria food, so if you prefer real restaurant food, I will recommend an other place.

I felt like eating at my grandma’s. It was really good, made in a typical Czech way.

During an afternoon walking around Liberec, we looked for a veggie restaurant. Ananda is conveniently located just a short walk from the main square.
Read moreThere were a number of vegan dishes, clearly marked on the current menu as we were there. As we don’t speak Czech, it took a little while to figure out how the setup and ordering (at the counter) worked, but the staff were friendly and the food tasted good.

Different dishes everyday, most of them vegetarian. At least 2-3 dishes are always vegan. Sometimes they have even vegan cake.

I think this is the cheapest place to eat vegan in Liberec. About 40 % of meals are vegan so you have big option to choose. Meals for 50% price are sold from 17:30 to 18:00 when they close. In this time you can buy loads for almost nothing. About taste it is 50:50. 50 % of meals are very tasty and 50 % are average or worse. But it is worth to eat there. When you have little time it is the best option where to eat.

Good lucnh time food - Edit
This place was cafeteria style, I wouldn't say it was particularly indian food. I had scrambled tofu and potatoes in really nice spices and some sort of grain ball which was really delicious. Prices were good. The staff didn't speak much english so was quite difficult to determine what any thing was but it was labelled if it was vegan or not. I also had a vegan take out cake which was really good too.
