Nice staff but not much choice

I went for an oat milk cappuccino and had a ring doughnut with it. However they no longer have a lunch menu and the choice of drinks isn't great either. It's cosy though and has an atmosphere, you can view an art exhibition or just sit at the window and watch the rain outside.

Pros: WiFi , Peaceful and quiet , Inexpensive

Cons: No menu

Best view and peaceful vibes

This is up above Tobermory main street and blissfully low on tourists, and the view across the bay is gorgeous. It's easily the best beer garden in town, in fact one of the nicest we've been to anywhere in the world. Nice selection of food, and yes they can make the toasties vegan.

Very nice, welcoming place for toasties and hot drinks

All the toasties can be made vegan and they're very nice. Soups are vegan too, the ginger carrot soup was delicious. You can also have hot drinks with plant-based milk and vegan croissants. All very tasty in a nice environment and friendly staff.

Pros: Several vegan options for lunch, tea or coffee, Nice place, Friendly, fun staff

Nice vegetarian option in a wee place. Dog friendly too.

Nice wee place with soup and toasties. Much cheaper for lunch than the places on the Main Street.

Good soup but vegan labelling unclear

It's a lovely cafe in a great space. Seemed strange that toasties are all served with vegan coleslaw but none are actually vegan. Brie & hummus can be served without brie but I didn't see any sign of vegan cheese on offer. Soup was vegan & tasty.

Pros: All veggie & 2 vegan soups

Cons: Poor vegan labelling

Cosy cafe, limited options

Soup is always vegan, usually three options but only one available on the Sunday we went. Toasties can be made vegan using cheddar Violife. Oat milk for coffees. Vegan croissant with jam and vegan butter.

Pros: Aware of what vegan means , Cosy, and cute location

Cons: Don't advertise vegan cheese , Limited options on a Sunday

Lovely spot

Nice café, not very clear on what's vegan but it seems that all sandwiches can be made vegan. The soup was excellent.
They were out of some product but made a worthy replacement. The sandwiches are really good, warm, with melty vegan cheese.
We really enjoyed it.

We hung out here on a rainy day. Super friendly staff. Wifi availlable. Owner bakes vegan croissants and cakes every day. The soup and toasty combi was delicious. And a nice artsy vibe with a lovely shop and exhibitions. Will come back!

Nice and cosy Cafe

Unfortunately the kitchen is closed until march which means we haven't had the oppurtunity to taste the food. But we enjoyed a hazelnut latte with almond milk. The atmosphere is really cosy and has a special flair with the gallery inside.

great little restaurant

Lots of choices. We had burgers, pies, burritos and sandwiches over the course of two days (no other vegan dining options in town as far as I could tell). All were excellent. Staff friendly and helpful too.

Pros: good food, fair prices

Warm retreat from the rain and crowds

This little cafe is high above the main street and is a beautiful, cosy getaway from the street down below. It has a gentle simple feel.
There are vegan options
Portions were not huge but the food was delicate and flavoursome.
We visited on a cold rainy afternoon and ended up going back to rest and have more tea.

Pros: Vegetarian with vegan options

Bref. Un coup de coeur si fort que s'en est rare !

An Tobar is a great place to go on Mull Island. The staff is kind and warm, you can ask any question, they will answer with attention.
We went there when there where great artists exposing their work in the gallery. The drinks are very tasty (hot chocolate and Karma Cola), and the food is exceptionally tasty and generous...
The little shop is full of cute and original products... Anyway, it was love at first sight and we definitely recommend this place! Good vibes guaranteed :-)

Pros: Beaucoup d'options veganes Bonnes nourritures et b
