Incredibly delicious, just go there and try it - Edit
I used to have a very negative memory of the french specialty called “baba au rhum”: I had tasted it once in a non-vegan version in my childhood and hated it. Well, thanks to AM&PY I am now at peace with it. First of all they are the only place you can find a vegan version of this pastry. Second, the flavors change regularly and you can buy either individual or large portions. And last but not least, the owner Amelia was super nice and accommodating: I had to pick up my order earlier than expected and she kindly accepted it. Just go there and I hope many people discover her so that she can open a store on her own :)

I don't know if you've tried them, but they do have Baba au Rhum at VG Patisserie and I think also at Jo & Nana Cakes.

I didn’t know that!! Merci!! I go all the time to VG patisserie when I come to Paris but I almost always end up taking the same things (cinnamon roll, croissant…). And it’s been a while since I have not gone to Jo & Nana cakes, should go there to see how it looks like after the refurbishing they’ve done😄Maintenant que je suis réconciliée avec le baba au rhum je suis prête à en goûter dans plusieurs endroits différents… and then make a ranking ;)

We were not able to find this patisserie at this address. It just looked like a closed down shop. But I see someone wrote a review only 5 days ago. Is the address correct?

Hi! The address is correct but it’s only the pick up address if you made a previous order. See the details in the description: “ The creations can be purchased every Wednesday and Saturday at the Ordener market (182 rue Ordener 75018). The formats to share can be collected at the workshop located at 27 rue Damrémont 75018. ”
