Read moreWe shared the Ulundu Vadai as a starter and I had the Masala Dosai as my main. I liked the Ulunda Vadai and the Masala Dosai was ok. It basically was 90% potato, which was kind of boring. The place was nicely decorated and the service was nice.
My Indian friend was not very happy with his food - he said it was not authentic. According to him the music was cheesy Bollywood songs. I kind of liked it.
Nothing spectacular but in my opinion an ok Indian/Sri Lankan restaurant.

I ordered the mixed appetizer plate which was supposed to be only fried vegetables in chickpea flour and I even reassured with the waiter that it was all vegan. When the appetizer came some of it was fried Paneer (cheese) and it was very hard to tell which one was the Paneer and which the vegetables because it was all covered in the fried flour. The main dish (dosa) was fine but not very crispy. I’ve had better ones in Berlin.

Read moreIt's difficult, almost impossible, to find good Indian food in Berlin and this place is not an exception. I didn't like their food. I went there with a friend and we tried several different dishes, but taste-wise I wasn't satisfied with any of them. It seemed to me that they tried to compensate the lack of flavor with hotness.
The owner is very nice and friendly, but that's about it.
I won't come back.

I had a tasty dinner here. It was easy to order something vegan, as they have vegan dishes and they can convert vegetarian dishes into vegan dishes easily. I had a dish with jack fruit. That was soo good!

Great place. I think the food is very well prepared. Contrary to the main text entry's statement this place is moderate in price for Berlin (main course for around 7,50 eur) and not "inexpensive". Reserve because it's small.
