Vegans options but not great ones - Edit
I ordered a veggie burrito (no cheese). It was basically just cooked sweet potatoes, black beans, and white rice. Pretty bland and no sautéed bell peppers or onions?? Chipotle is more flavorful. I also got a margarita, it was meh. Hot salsa with chips were good and happy they had a vegan option, they just need to put a little more effort in.

Pleasantly surprised - Edit
Was able to get veggie tacos w/o cheese. Black beans as well as guacamole, salsa and chips. All very healthy and delicious. Will def go back this trip.

They used to have some great options… But there are really only one or two things now. Besides chips and salsa. Rice and beans works but you have to specify… Extremely limited. And they don’t seem to care much about vegans or catering to us.

I got a taco plate- one black been and two fried avocado, along with guacamole, and a margarita. It was so excellent. I would double check what’s vegan (I made educated guesses) but it was so phenomenal and I know I’ll be craving this for a while.

I ordered the veggie nachos. This was a reasonably large portion of food that included nacho chips, roasted (not sautéed and greasy like Chipotle) vegetables, black beans and they kindly left off the sour cream and cheese per my request making this a vegan meal. The roasted vegetables included: broccoli, cauliflower, onions, corn and carrots. It also comes with fresh jalapeño slices. You can order white rice and guacamole if you want. The veggie option is available as nachos, burrito, tacos, salad or bowl and you can’t beat the price for Key West.

Great salsa - Edit
We stayed in Key West for a week and just stumbled on this one night. I had the veggie option once as tacos and once as a bowl. Both were good. They’re salsa is great, so full of flavor. We ended up going again during the same trip. This one is a move laid back place to stop.

Beware: They don’t know what vegan means - Edit
I told the woman that took my to go order that I am vegan so no dairy products please, she marked no cheese in my tacos but they still had sour cream on them! Food was ok, not great. Avocado taco was messy and not enough batter. The bean taco was ok too. Didn’t try the veggies taco because they couldn’t figure out what vegetables it brought. Horrible service, mediocre food. Try at your own risk!

Quite surprised this place has a good rating on here, it’s no difference from what you can get in 90% of any other Mexican restaurant. Waited for ages, and my choice was more expensive than the non vegan version, removing cheese apparently has a cost. They also never gave me back the change after I paid... forced tip I assume.

Had an awesome experience here. Cheap, delicious and enjoyable. We went back twice during our trip here. I recommend trying their burrito, fajitas or bowl.

I ordered the veggie burrito with no cheese. It came with cheese. I sent it back and they brought out a vegan burrito within 2 minutes and it was the best burrito I've ever had! Shame about the mistake though...

Burrito was yummy, fulfilling, and quite large. Have to pay extra for chips and guacamole, only negative. Seating gets crazy at night, quite packed.
