Very very limited - Edit
They used to have a really good banh mi with tofu that they switched out with eggplant somewhat recently. If nightshades don’t sit well with you—only other options are fries (hold the aioli or w/e the non vegan side is) or a side salad.

Great vegan additions to the menu - Edit
It had been a few years since I was last at American Sardine Bar, but I recently went back with a friend and was happy to discover they've added vegan options to the menu. Not just added, but they are knocking it out of the park with the BBQ Bahn Mi. Tangy and spicy, a near perfect mix of hot and pickled, and it's huge! If you haven't been here in awhile because the vegan options were lacking, it's definitely worth a revisit.

Delicious vegan options! - Edit
This restaurant always has a fully vegan entree on the menu. It's usually a sandwich. As of writing, the current option is a coconut curry eggplant sandwich which is off the chains delicious! They also have many sides that are marked "v" for "can be made vegan". For example, they have vegan dips for fries and onion rings that are vegan, salads, and veggie based side dishes.
