Fabulous Vegan options

I see the 5 star is reserved for fully vegan restaurants....
This Chef's Walnut Pesto Corn Risotto dish is unbelievably delicious. Every bite was slightly different, including candied fennel, fresh crisp corn kernels and walnut chips. Congratulations to the students learning, preparing and serving vegan options at Schoolcraft College!

Pros: Vegan and GF options at every lunch, Impeccable service & quality, Prices are great due to culinary school setting
