Excellent vegan flatbread - Edit

American Flatbread offers vegan cheese (I believe the brand is Have a Heart) on all its pizza. There are two vegetarian options where vegan cheese may be substituted, however, they have many toppings which can be added for 1.25 including mushrooms, onions, peppers etc. My flatbread was absolutely excellent (added mushroom and caramelized onion) and the crust is wood fired, so it was very tasty. The Evolution salad was also excellent and large enough to split as a starter. I also ordered maple lemonade (when in Vermont…) so the entire meal was superb! The ambiance was fantastic as we were seated on a beautiful patio and watched riders from the famed Stowe bike trail ride by. So fun!
