Disappointing - Edit
Emailed ahead and checked if vegan options were available after seeing reviews on happy cow, replied quickly and said there were options on the menu and can make to order.
Read moreWe arrived to a quiet restaurant with just two tables who we found out were eating as part of a package, no locals or Italians.
When we sat down we could see a sign in the kitchen saying “save a cow, eat a vegetarian”. We probably should have just left at this point but gave it a chance.
Was offered bread salad with tofu, which was as bland as it sounds.
Then truffle risotto which I was looking forward too, was very bland, no flavour of truffle at all, not garlic or onion either.
Main offered was seitan but we didn’t stay for mains.
Pros: Made off menu dishes, Accommodating , Friendly
Cons: Lacks flavour, Strange atmosphere

Amazing food and staff! - Edit
I came here with my mother (not vegan) on a Saturday for lunch, I asked if it might be possible to eat vegan (it was near closing time so I knew it might be harder!) and they were so kind! The chef gave me lots of different options, and everything was delicious! Really wonderful service too, so kind and caring without being overbearing! I would definitely come back!

Really accommodating, lovely restaurant - Edit
This place was really great. They have nice music and the ambiance is very relaxing. I got a pumpkin risotto and a seitan dish with truffle shavings. We also had a nice prosecco. None of the vegan options are on the menu, but the chef came out and told us our options.

Wonderful! - Edit
Chef Mateo came to our table and reviewed all my options on the menu. He prepared a tagliatelle dish just for me. If I call the day before he will prepare gnocchis for me with no butter and no cheese, etc. Great meal!!

They didn’t have 100% vegan options on the menu, but the chef Matteo came to our table and listed me all the vegan options he could cook. Even seitan!! I had the best vegan dinner in a non-vegan restaurant.
