Amaranth southland store problems

Hey for the most part the Southland location is ok The staff are great

but the manager or boss with grey white beard is rude an a jerk

He was nice at first when you buy stuff there but the few times I came an didn’t buy but asked if they had stuff got bugged an started kicking out for no reason or even bothered to Explain why even tho I never took anything or caused probs

Only saying you have to go (as in leave)

An explanation or apology would be good but aside from that

Couldn’t even listen to reason or give second chance

Boycott this place An like who’s line the points just don’t matter

Amazing natural foods store!

First thing I want to say about this place is that it has a wider variety of products than other health food stores in the city. (This is likely because they don't have produce or deli/ready-made sections, so they have greater shelf-stable and fridge selections.) If a new product is coming out, and you're not sure where to find it, check here first.

Second thing, the price point here is way cheaper than most other health food stores (there were a couple of supplements that are cheaper at Community so you might need to price compare for specific products).

Lastly, there's a tremendous variety of vegan (and gluten-free) products, and staff are always around if you have questions.

First Wednesday: 20% off supplement and body care
Third Wednesday: 12% off everything in-store
Every Tuesday is Seniors Day: 10% off most items

Pros: Wide variety , Friendly staff, Monthly discounts

Cons: Close early on weekends
