Not vegan friendly - Edit
There's only one vegan main on the menu and it's literally noodles with vegetables (Id est carrots, onions, mushrooms), while they clearly put a lot of effort and pride in designing sophisticated meat and fish dishes.
Read moreStaff is not well aware of what is vegan, and they seem not to care.
Apart from that, the place is full of bobo propaganda claiming how marvelously ethical this place is supposed to be.

Best restaurant with social purpose in the area - Edit
Very tasty food, vegetarian and vegan options both delicious. Enjoy the unique atmosphere. The social and ethical purpose with all employees declared justifies the extra euro in the menu. Also organises regular workshops, projections, etc.

Il y a très peu de plat vegan et aucun dessert vegan. Ils m'ont dit avoir proposé une mousse de citron vegan mais que ça n'a pas eu de succès. Pour avoir du lait végétal il faut payer 50 cent en plus.

Le restaurant offre une carte végétarienne et végan adaptée régulièrement, en fonction des saisons. Le circuit court est favorisé ainsi que le respect des producteurs.
