A Find In The Middle of ... Somewhere

The restaurant and food is nothing fancy, but the restaurant was clean and the service was friendly and very attentive.
They had an unlimited salad bar for less than $9, which was a welcome find on a long drive on the highway.
The salad bar items were not labeled, so I steered clear of cooked veggies that might have been cooked in butter etc. rather than go ask (which I absolutely could have done if I'd desired). The containers of items were clear of other foods that can get dropped and mixed in.
My omnivorous fiancé had something off the menu to suit his needs as well.

Pros: Clean with friendly staff, Cheap/value, portions as big as you want, Self-selection at salad bar giving you control

Cons: limited options, Salad bar food - ingredients not listed
