They’ve staff says that they “run out” of the vegan options but I live here and they’ve never once actually had the vegan option. Why keep it on the menu if you’re just going to lie?

Most days only vegan option they will have is like an olive tapenade spread and MAYBE 1 or two more uninspiring spreads.

Rude staff and horrible food. Restaurant cannot cook a vegetarian dish and add eggs to everything. Stay away.

Amazing Food - Best French Cusine in Gainesville - Edit
I shared Le Cashew Spread as an appetizer with my non-vegan friends and they really liked it. I had the Le Faux Grass as Entrée it was their best vegan plate with fresh fruit, pickle and walnuts with unlimited bread. They also have really good collection of wine. Their vegan food collection including salads and soup are healthy.
