I think my expectations were a bit too high after I had read the other reviews. The falafel and hummus were good but I've definitely had better. The salad was great though.

Best falafel in town - Edit
If you're in Dahab and looking for an authentic Lebanese culinary experience, Restaurant Alpha is a must-visit. Since my first meal here, it has quickly become my favorite spot in the area. The quality of their Lebanese dishes is unmatched, and you can tell that each recipe is made with love and tradition.

Another favorite of mine is their salad, which is, honestly, the best I’ve had in all of Dahab. Fresh, well-balanced, and full of crisp ingredients, it makes every meal feel even more complete.
And I can’t leave out the hummus, which is simply flawless. Creamy, smooth, with just the right touch of olive oil – it’s the perfect accompaniment to any dish you choose.
Lastly, the service at Alpha is top-notch. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and quick, making every visit a delightful experience from the moment you walk through the door.
A special thank you to Chef Hamza, whose passion and dedication to authentic Lebanese cuisine shines through in every bite. His skill in creating such flavorful and authentic dishes makes every visit to Alpha memorable.
In short, if you're in Dahab and craving authentic, delicious Lebanese food, Restaurant Alpha is the place to be. It has definitely won my heart and my taste buds!

Daily Dose of Hummus - Edit
Not sure where I would eat everyday for my Lunch in Dahab! Highly recommend a freshly, warm Manakesh (Jordanian pastry) with Cheese and Zataar and a side dish of Hummus! Best Hummus in town! Fresh and creamy. Hamzas Humus - a must!
