Lots of vegan options - was hard to choose!
Read moreWe had a plant based chicken curry. It was really tasty but needed more vegetables.
We asked how much rice we should get for two of us and they recommended the large. Which came in a beautiful serving pot but was a HUGE amount - more like for four people.
Nice atmosphere and me and my omni date both agreed that we'd like to try more on the menu next time we're in Shep

Was served egg in my "vegan" dish - Edit
Asked if they could do Pad Thai vegan... part way through eating realised it had egg in it.. Was given a replacement which was inedible.

Based on other reviews, I assume the curry dishes are better than the noodles.. But I wouldn't go back based on my experience.

Read moreThe yellow curry was so beautifully flavoured and everyone at our table commented on how well the tofu was done. Lots of vegies and balanced flavours. The dumplings were tasty with a delicately flavoured, light sauce. The noodles were also very tasty.

Lots of delicious vegan options - Edit
Had a really nice meal at Aloi Thai. All of the main dishes can be made vegan (with either mock chicken or tofu). We had the massaman curry, pad see ew and cashew nut stir fry. Everything was delicious and the mock chicken was really nice. We also had the vege spring rolls which are also vegan.
