Nice hotel and fancy breakfast - Edit
The rooftop Sauna is small but we were alone most of the time. The hotel room was really nice, the service great.
Read moreOne morning we used the option to get the breakfast (20€ extra pp). I wouldn't have done it every morning because of the price but it was really tasty and haf a huge variety! Croissants, different homemade spreads, many different cereal options, vegan cheese and sausage, vegan frittata, waffles,... We would have tried so much more if we hadn't been so full already.

Nice hotel but not 100% vegan - Edit
This place could havs been great, now its just ok.
Read moreConcept and hotel is very nice, but they should commit to it 100%. Eg the breakfast buffet says 100% vegan on the door, then when you get in, after you paid, you notice there is cheese and cow’s milk in the coffee machine which means you cant get a cappuccino etc. This should be noticed before you get in or simply remove the cheese and switch to oat milk in the coffee machine.
Room was nice but there is literally no amenities in the room. No refrigerator, coffee machine, tea pot etc.
We got I nice balcony but it was not clean. Cigarette butts and bird [censored] all over, also the furniture is very old and shabby.
I have stayed here two times and would love to come back if they fix these things.
Pros: Roof top spa with sauna, Yoga mat in the room, Sustainable hotel
Cons: Not 100% vegan breakfast even though it says so, Room (balcony) not clean, No amenities in the room

Am I dreaming!! - Edit
I’ve only been here a few hours but as soon as I walked in, hungry and tired, I knew I was at the right spot! A small fridge case with prepared Vegan foods (that were all deliciously fresh)...I’ll post pictures. The spaces are well thought out, calming, and a treat for the eye. I’m thrilled to be here and can’t wait to see what breakfast brings!!!

The yin and yang of trams - Edit
A fantastic vegetarian and ethically minded hotel. As you enter you get a great vibe and really appreciate the ethos. A warm welcome from the staff and we were able to leave our bags for the day and go off exploring. Room was lovely. Well thought out with nice furniture. Shower and bathroom were excellent. As a tea lover would have liked a kettle but fully understand why they don’t have one. Toiletries were provided and were good. French doors opened up and air conditioning worked well. Now to the trams. Unfortunately they start running quite early and go right past the hotel which may wake you up. But the converse of this is that you have a team stop outside. Which for us outweighed the noise issue. Breakfast was expensive so we popped to a Denn’s next door. Plenty of vegan options in local area

Es war toll in einem vegetarischen Hotel zu sein. Das Frühstück war super mit einer sehr großen Auswahl für Veganer. Sauna und Zimmer sind sehr schön.

Don't come for the food - Edit
We're totally happy to stay at a veg accommodations and usually seek them out when travelling but don't let the food be a major deciding factor when selecting this hotel. That said, it's a very nice hotel. If you're a light sleep, avoid the street-facing rooms. We're used to city noise but the tram stops right outside often so it's a bit too loud to tilt in the window for fresh air overnight.
Read morePer the veg breakfast, it's 17.50 if you reserve the day before, 19 day of. This neighborhood is vegan paradise and there are so many delicious breakfast options within a few minutes walk for much cheaper that it seemed absurd. I can't speak to the dinner, but we barely saw anyone in the restaurant during our entire stay.
The location is fabulous -- like I mention, vegan dream neighborhood; down the street from Voner, 1990 and countless others.
Pros: great location, clean
Cons: expensive food, a bit noisy

Plenty of Vegan options for Breakfast - Edit
I stayed at Almodovar Hotel mainly because of the vegan options they offered for breakfast.
Read moreI can say I was not disappointed, as they had home-made cheese, spreads, salads, scrambled tofu, curry wurst; in addition to bread and muesli.
Although it was a buffet, I found the price to be bit on the expensive side (15€).
The room I got was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful.
The concept of the hotel is also quite nice, as they are an eco-friendly hotel. Location is not perfect, as you have to take the tram from the train station to get there; but if you travel light, the station is a 10-min. walk (with a few vegan listings on the way).
In summary, I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Berlin.
Pros: many vegan options for breakfast, eco-friendly hotel, friendly staff
Cons: not all vegan

A vegetarian's dream! - Edit
We stayed for 5 days in the biggest room which included a sauna, big balcony, very nice open, clean room. It is in walking distance from organic stores, shops, and vegan cafe and stores! The staff was very friendly and always greets you and helps out. Not only is everything vegetarian and organic but most of the options in the restaurant and at breakfast were vegan too! The breakfast buffet was amazing and had lots of variety! We ate dinner there a few times and there isn't that much options but what we had was super amazing and really good quality, flavourful vegan food.

Wonderful and comfortable hotel - Edit
I recently stayed at the Almodovar Hotel for a few days. I can't sing its praises enough - I will definitely stay here again. The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom and shower was great, the room was decorated nicely with a computer and stylish table. The hotel staff were friendly, and Bistro Bardot (vegetarian/vegan restaurant attached to the hotel) was delicious.

Paradise... - Edit
Finally an orgainc-vegetarian-vegan hotel in the middle of a city!!! I now come here on all my frequent Berlin-stays. The icing is that the rooms are very beatiful, design-hotel style, no carpet, just perfect for staying for ever. Tram is in front of door, S-Bahn not far, organic shop within 5 mins wlaking, and some vegan places (in addition the the hotel's) in walking distance also. Room has desk and chait you can actually work on.- They have to improve the wifi (not availbale at night) and reception staff needs to be more attentive
