Not vegan - Edit
There are few options, but really only if there is no other choice elsewhere just to have something. Be aware that options are vegetarian so you end up without sauce. Vibe is also a bit like you’re redundant there.

Regular, there are better options - Edit
The place is at the top of the main road in San Juan, but honestly there were too many flies, the staff is really careless about your needs , overall the place looked a little dirty, the entrance to the place looks a little sketchy, and for only 3 options which had a little too much fat I believe you can find better options on the main road or if you got time in San Marcos there are way too many options but at a higher cost, but worth it to go there to eat instead.

Great concept and nice atmosphere - Edit
Alma de Colores reopened their restaurant and artesanian store in a different location. They are serving lunch (2 out of 3 options veganizable), selling their artesanal creations and bread. The market has still not returned. The burrito with homemade pita was a decent lunch option. Go and support their activities if you are around.

A chance to know a very interesting project - Edit
Alma de colores is more that a restaurant, it is a place where you can share knowledge about the ancient Maya wisdom about food preparation and about the link between health and food. The staff is very friendly. The higiene is excellent and the food also. Many vegetables are collected on the same day from the organic garden and you can also visit it.
