Another vegan option in the Public Market!

When I began ordering a tofu bowl, the owner, Eli, asked if I was vegan and told me that he specifically created his menu with a multitude of vegan options. He offers house-made vegan spicy mayo, which was excellent! The bowl was a bit pricey, but the serving size was incredible, and they offer many more plant-based options than most poke places I’ve visited. Eli was very friendly and helpful!
