Must try!! - Edit
This place was so so delicious!! I’m a huge fan of Vegan Bowl in SLC and found the menu to be eerily similar, so I asked the gentleman helping me and he said that they are both owned by the same family! The lemongrass bahn mi and vegan nuggets did not disappoint!! Will be going back very soon for some more yummy food!

Best banh mi around - Edit
The banh mi is a consistent top tier food. All the other dishes I’ve had are amazing as well. Top it off with a flan for dessert!

Delicious Food - Edit
First real meal in SLC that tasted fresh and like real food. I had lemongrass seitan and spring rolls. I can’t wait to go back. This is a family-run spot and is no frills. If you are looking for delicious food you are in the right place.

Outstanding - Edit
Although everything in the menu looked great we all decided to have the oho. It was terrific: delicious, subtle, interesting, and very large.
Read moreThe restaurant is very low key without waiters - you order at the counter and bus your dishes. Very unassuming. So while I would happily order food for a nice party here I would not hold the event here.
Pros: Food , Very inexpensive
Cons: This is a modest family restaurant without waiters

Very Lovely - Edit
Such a cool restaurant, a very authentic atmosphere. Nice Vietnamese photography and art. A tv playing nice lofi music. The prices are very affordable for the serving size!
Read moreThe egg rolls are AMAZING. As for the soup and the Pho, I wasn’t a big fan. Maybe I just don’t like Pho in general though. I would definitely go back and try other things on the menu though. The prices are great, the mellow vibe, and the portions are massive.
Pros: Authentic Nice Atmosphere , Amazing Egg Roles, Huge portions for the price
Cons: Maybe I don’t like Pho?

All Chay was wonderful. My wife and I each chose an entree and then shared. Very quick and helpful service explaining the menu. Portions were large and very tasty. As we left, the proprietor offered us each drinks for the way! Will surely return when in SLC.

Wonderful experience, great food - Edit
On our last night in SLC, we took local relatives (who are not vegan but who had heard recommendations for All Chay) to this restaurant.
Read moreOur party of five snagged a large booth under a monitor that was streaming videos of birds along with soothing music. That only enhanced the ambiance, and was a welcome antidote to a tough weekend.
The menu has many choices, and our server provided additional information (the menu incorporates photos, but they are small). Great service and generous portions at a very reasonable price, and did I forget to mention how friendly and welcoming our server was? He checked in with us occasionally but did not hover.
All Chay is located in a part of town I had not visited before, in a small unpretentious strip mall. Inside, though, the restaurant is spacious and inviting. A SLC must for vegans, and we will return on our next trip.
Pros: Lots of options , Terrific food, Warm and wonderful service

Literally so good - Edit
Lots of amazing options at solid prices. The pho and other noodle soups are incredible. I've had several of the noodle salads and they all taste amazing. The banh mis all taste authentic and delicious (the bread is sooo good, though sometimes they run out) - my only complaint is that they are a bit small. This is such a quaint spot and its got arguably the best Vietnamese food in SLC. Big recommendation.

Amazing Vegan Vietnamese Food! - Edit
This is a great fast and affordable options for delicious vegan Vietnamese food. It’s very casual place where you order at the counter and they bring your food to you. The staff is super friendly and helpful with recommendations. I love that the bahn mi all come with sliced apple on them. The broth is also super delicious and flavorful and like to dip the bahn mi in a side of broth. This is a must for vegans visiting SLC.

Fine. Not great. - Edit
They were out of noodles when we were there, which means half the menu was not available to order. So we got a bahn mi and rice dish. The bahn mi was decent, though a little light on filling. But the Mongolian tofu rice dish was pretty boring and only came with a few raw veggies on the side. Far from the best vegan food I’ve eaten in SLC.

All Sweet - Edit
I ordered Four Season Rolls and Ginger Tofu. The peanut sauce was too sweet, so I ate the rolls without it. The Ginger Tofu was also too sweet, but I had already mixed the sauce with the rice, so I couldn't avoid it. Also, it didn't taste like ginger to me. However, my partner liked his pho.
