Been looking for vegan donuts for a while now and I'm glad I found Alien Donuts. They had several flavors of vegan donuts available when I went. Delicious for everyone!

Cake Donuts - Edit
This place is great for the Scottsdale area, but nowhere as good as the glazed yeast donuts from the Phoenix Welcome Diner. This place only offers cake donuts. They were also a tad greasy the day I went (as in the fryer temp was not high enough to prevent oil from absorbing into the dough), but I see the potential and will go back.

Alien Donuts - Edit
We were there late in the afternoon and they had three vegan options. A sugar twist, cinnamon twist and a sour apple flavor. I had the cinnamon twist and it was very fresh and soft. There donut colors, designs and decorations were very cute. The owner was there and was super nice.

Best vegan donuts in the valley! Even though they only have a few flavors at a time, they are amazing! They offer yeast flavors and old fashion with some unique flavor combos. I would frequent here if I were closer to Scottsdale.

This place is amazing. I work overnight at the local hospital and Alien Donuts' flexible hours means I can get amazing donuts either on my way into work, or as fresh as donuts can get when I get out of work at 7 AM.
Read moreIt is difficult to find vegan donuts and these are literally "out of this world". By far the best I've had in Arizona and on the level of other award winning places in New York and Los Angeles.

They have several vegan flavors daily - super fresh! Just ask which ones are vegan when you arrive as they aren’t marked in the case. (They seem to be located on the bottom shelf of one of the two cases). We stopped twice while in town and thought they were spot on! Great flavor and texture. Tried a powdered sugar cake donut, a Oreo crusted cake donut and the apple pie donut. Yum. Filled the donut craving for sure.
