Just as described by others.. A great place to relax and enjoy some vegan food while working on the laptop. Plug-ins available. Not great bike access in this area, but at least you can drive here without the worries of parking downtown.
Read moreBreakfast burrito was a treat - with tofu, vegan bacon and chipotle cashew cream. It was big too! A little dry, but would have been absolutely perfect if they included some salsa and vegan sour cream on the side.. They also had desserts including a few $4 vegan cookies which didn’t quite look like $4 worth, so I skipped them this time.
Glad I stopped here tho. Boise has become so much more veg-friendly than when I moved to the area 10 years ago. Really cool to see these places popping up. And it was busy!!

It’s so great to have a place in this area of town that has vegan options. Most of the options for coffee shops are downtown.

Super vegan friendly - Edit
Alchemist has labeled vegan options for breakfast and lunch, including vegan and gluten free pastries. I got the vegan breakfast burrito and the oat milk lavender latte. Both were delicious and the burrito was an awesome size. The staff were super kind, but I did catch the barista putting whole milk in my latte. When I pointed it out they immediately apologized and fixed it, and gave me a free coffee. So just keep an eye out but I think it was a genuine mistake!

Great vibes - Edit
Great new coffee shop in Boise. They have a vegan breakfast or bowl option as well as lunch. I counted 5 or 6 vegan house made pastries from cookies to scones to muffins.

Breakfast Burrito 🙌🏼 - Edit
The vegan breakfast burrito is so good - ask to add a side of avocado and salsa. Had to also get the vegan blueberry breakfast bar to eat later (delicious heated up!).
