Impressed!

I’m used to have to compromise when going to smaller cities, and I feel like I didn’t have to. I might be delusional because the gluten free bread was probably not vegan…would have to check.

It was well made, tasty, and obviously created with care!

There are no real vegetarian options in Joliette, a restaurant tried lately but failed with covid making it harder.

So I really enjoyed Albion’s possibilities and craftsmanship.

I mean there is real Ginger ale, fermented and all.

Pros: Locally sourced ingredients , Careful designing of meals, Local brews!

Cons: Could have more veg* options
