Beautiful restaurant with vegan options worth 5 stars

We had amazing vegan dinner. Me and my husband both had minestrone soup for starter, and later vegan jackfruit ratatouille dish. The food was delicious and fresh. The restaurant itself is located in a very modern hotel with monumental high ceiling creating a specious dining space which despite its size felt warm and cozy. The waiters were extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place for everyone in Kołobrzeg! Probably THE BEST vegan a la carte elementy served fresh and delicious meals in the town!

Pros: Vegan options & fully vegan meals , Warm and extremely helpful staff , Elegant space suitable for date night

Vegan fine-dinning

Visited on 19.08.2020.

Slightly upscale restaurant at the (now called) Shuum Boutique Hotel. Quiet, contemporary ambiance. Nice staff.

One vegan starter, one vegan soup, two vegan mains and one vegan dessert on their menu. Five more vegetarian options featuring dairy.

We had the tomato carpaccio for starters, risotto and roasted pumpkin for mains and vegan pavlova for desserts. Despite everything being perfectly cooked, the dishes somehow lacked in interest, resulting in a nice but rather plain dinning experience, except for the pavlova, that we found to be really excellent.

With prices similar to restaurants of the same category in Kolobrzeg, the restaurant is indeed worth a visit if you can afford to spend the extra zloty.

Pros: Fine-dinning vegan options
