Simply amazing - Edit
Restaurant definitely open - recent review saying restaurant has closed?? The food was simply amazing, very flavourful and great portion sizes. Very reasonable prices. Friendly attentive staff. Cute atmosphere. Absolute must visit!
Read moreWe tried the meat skewers and bruschetta starters. And the lasagne and a tomato tagliatelle mains. Too full for dessert!

It’s amazing - Edit
Food is exceptional- the bruschetta and the ‘chicken’ starters were insanely good.
Read moreThe lasagne and carbonara also amazing.
Staff friendly .
It’s very small though so make sure you book, but it makes the atmosphere so gorgeous.
Also worth noting they only take cash or local bank cards . We forgot this and they were so kind about it and we just popped out and got cash at a local atm.

The Restaurant is all vegan which is good and is located in a nice area, but the staff is very unfriendly so we won’t be coming back here.

Heaps of potential for a 5 star - Edit
Our meal started really strong with the 'octopus" dish and the meat skewers. They were both so delicious, 10/10. Big portions too
Read moreWe then got the carbonara and the calamari pasta.
The "calamari" was mushroom but not in rings or squares like I have seen vegan versions of previously, but just mushrooms, and it was in a tomato base sauce.
The sauce was really good but nothing like a seafood/calamari sauce I was expecting.
Unfortunately, the pasta was also significantly undercooked.
I personally did not like the carbonara flavour at all, my boyfriend didn't mind it, but he didn't like the meat pieces in it, which we're pretty sure was the same meat as the skewers but the texture was softer as it has probably been marinating in the pasta sauce.
We then got the tiramisu and panna cotta. The tiramisu was really good, it wasn't the best cream I've had but I loved the cake/biscuit, very yummy.
The panna cotta was caramel but the sauce was more like a burnt toffee, which I personally liked but I think it might be an acquired taste.
Overall the meal was pretty good
They also only take cash or portugal issued bank card. Would also recommend booking as we saw they had to turn people away as they were full

Delicious! - Edit
Fantastic Italian dishes made vegan! There is no real entrance to the restaurant - you have dinner on a terrace so don’t be alarmed that you somehow missed it. The team was incredible and so sweet.

Don’t skip this one! - Edit
We had such a lovely dinner here. The staff is so nice, it has a quiet terrace and the food was so. good. The portions of the starters are big, so be aware of that because you are going to want to order everything, like me, and be too full, haha. But the staff provided me with a container to take the rest home, so all’s well. Make sure to order the chick’n’ as a starter, it was great.

Absolutely visit Al Sanpietrino while in Lisbon. Their carbonara was the best vegan carbonara I've had to date! Cute outdoor seating in a small praça.

delicious dishes, poor desserts - Edit
We ordered a pizza with sun-dried tomatoes and olives and a creamy gnocchi, they were extremely delicious.
Read moreThen, we ordered a tiramisu and a panna cotta, they were disappointing. The panna cotta's caramel was so burnt that we felt the burnt taste. The tiramisu was not like a tiramisu , it was something else.
Pros: They helped us without prior reservation
Cons: They do not accept any cards except local cards

Amazing experience - Edit
The co-owner works the front of the house, her Italian partner is the chef. She is an absolute delight and manages to run things smoothly. We ordered the soy skewers with a salad as a starter. The description does not do the dish justice. It was absolutely incredible and enough for two to share easily.
Read moreWe ordered the lasagne and although it freaked me out a little, the Radbit. Obviously I've never eaten a bunny so I tried to think of it as generic fake meat. There is a large wine selection by the bottle and nice beers and wine by the glass. I do have some constructive criticism, but that does not minimize the awesomeness of the food, or the lovely vibe overall.
We both felt the food was truly delicious, but just too salty. I feel like I'm seeing this in a lot of restaurants, but it is so unnecessary. The other thing was that the food needed to be served hotter. It was warm, but very quickly became cool and it would be nicer to get the food really hot from the oven so you don't feel you need to rush to eat before it is cold.
Pros: Food is brilliant, Delightful service, Prices are reasonable
Cons: Saltiness

One of the best meals I’ve ever had - Edit
If more restaurants like this existed, the world would be a purer place. It’s owned by a Sicilian couple and was one of the best meals I’ve ever had - creative vegan home cooking at its finest. If I could give 6 stars, I would! We were absolutely blown away by the quality, richness of flavor, customer service and ambiance. To die for!

Amazing Italian Restaurant - Edit
I was lucky enough to get a booking in Al Sanpietrino Trattoria on our family trip to Lisbon. It was a little difficult to find as there is no signage, but the chef, Alex appeared from a small door where the kitchen is, and told us that they would be opening shortly. The restaurant is small inside but beautifully decorated; authentic, intimate and atmospheric. There is seating for about 12 people, so it really feels like you are in somebody's home for dinner!
Read moreFor starters, we chose the Bruschetta Caprese and Piadina Pizza Mamma Irma, both were superb, the pizza is huge (as our server had advised us!) and would have been enough for 4 as a starter. The menu looks so great that I would have liked to have tried everything on it. I had the Lasagne alla Bolognese for my main, it was absolutely perfect. My wife had the Spaghetti alla Carbonara and my kids both had the Tagliatelle al Pomodoro - all of us agreed that the food was simply amazing. The kids both said that it was the best Italian food they had ever had. For dessert, we had the Tiramisu which again was amazing.
Overall, the experience was incredible. Hands down the best restaurant I've ever been to, the fact that it is vegan and run by vegans makes it even better. Even the prices were unbelievable value. This place is unmissable.
Pros: Everything.
