Very nice vegan options - Edit
The menu is mostly typical Ticino ristorante/pizzeria, but there are a few non-typical vegan options. We had the seitan poke bowl with black rice, and it was very nice. It could have used a dressing other than the soy sauce and olive oil they provided, but the rice and seitan were cooked perfectly and the veggies were all fresh and tasty. I also ordered the vegan vegetable soup, which was perfect, simple, and light—delicious! The breads provided were also great.
Read moreThe atmosphere is welcoming and cozy—more mountain chalet than Mediterranean trattoria—and the service was accommodating and professional, though not exactly warm or jovial (i.e. standard Swiss service 😁).
Price-wise, also typical of Switzerland restaurants—meaning pretty expensive: entrees run 20-35 francs, sides/appetizers are 12-14 francs, beverages 5-8 francs, etc.
Pros: A few vegan options, well executed, Very pleasant environment , Professional service

Typical Italian near Lugano Paradiso, has English menu - Edit
Almost all ships in Lugano pass through Lugano Paradiso, so you can this Restaurant might be a good way to end a cruise. The location is doesn't sport great views, but it's quiet and surrounded by greens. The menu offers a good selection of Italian dishes which I didn't get to try yet.
