I really liked my soup, it was ritch and full of flavour. I love the muschroom inside! Big portions are also amazing!

The only time I went there (which was quite a while ago), they had no vegan options and a social media statement on the subject arguing that "genuine Japanese cuisine does not know the concept of veganism". Nice to see the change of policy but, because of the initial bad impression, I'm not particularly inclined to visit again.

Akita Ramen is definitely one to go out of your way for!

There are a few vegan options on the menu (clearly marked) but I hope there are more in the future
I had the New Wave vegan ramen, which breaded oyster mushrooms and it was fantastic!
You should definitely consider giving this place a try if/when you're in Kraków :)
