Tasty vegan burger, fair prices (for an airport), limited other options - Edit
For an otherwise modern restaurant, I thought there would be more vegan options. The vegan burger was tasty, but the patty was soft and got smashed while eating it.

Ok but could do better - Edit
I went today hoping for more choice than there was. We weren't able to sit inside which would have been my first choice considering the heat and the age of my toddler. There was no plant based milk so in the end I just ordered a portion of fries and the vegan pasta. The fries are a modest portion but very tasty with the skin on. However, when the pasta came they had automatically put on mozzarella which was an add-on in the menu description. I felt embarrassed sending it back because I was initially told it came that way and I had to point it out in the menu that it didn't. The pasta itself was tasty with a lovely pesto and freshly cooked fresh vegetables. It was a pricey 13,50€ too but it is the airport and it was fresh. It was just a shame that I didn't feel it was somewhere that really welcomed me.

All in all, the food was good and the service was quick but they could offer some traditional dishes made vegan and at least Hafermilch!
