Hungry vegans don’t leave hungry - Edit
The food was very delicious. We had a bento and the Heavenly pancakes, which were sort of crusty on the outside, and then kind of like a sweet doughy texture on the inside. Delicious.

All around amazing - Edit
This Has been my favorite vegan spot in Tokyo so far. We were a bit worried because we were paying a good amount for a bento box but I’m telling you it’s worth it. It’s a lot of food and also included a drink. Service was also very nice.

Delicious Meal - Edit
Wonderful, small restaurant in the Ginza area of Tokyo. The staff are very friendly and accommodating of English speakers. Downstairs is a bakery selling Japanese (vegan!) delicacies, and entrees are brought to the dining area on the second floor with food elevators. While a bit on the pricier side, the meal is not expensive and is well worth the cost. It's a great vegan relief to the fish-filled hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Did I mention that the food is amazing??? The heavenly pancake is to die for!

Expensive. - Edit
The place is quite small, we sat at the table (for two) next to the door. I had the waitresses back of my head all the time, it was a bit uncomfortable. About the food, it was good, we had mushrooms in red sauce and rice. Overpriced, everyone says it’s cozy, for me the word cozy needs comfort as well. Food tasty. The branch in Kyoto is way much better..in everything

Fluffy pancakes!! - Edit
I was a little hesitant to come here because of the high price point and reviews saying it wasn’t worth it, but on the last day I decided to splurge because I had enough money left and I did not regret it. Yes it is expensive, but where else in Tokyo are you going to get pancakes this fluffy with an assortment of complementary fruits, ice cream, and vegan whipped cream. If you have money to splurge then I highly recommend coming here the better juice beer was delicious!

Ain Soph is never a disappointment. Expensive but honestly kind of worth the price. The pancakes are raved about for good reason, they’re fluffy, not too sweet, perfect with the cream.

Love this place, but it’s very hard to get a seat without a reservation. I recommend the pancakes and the takeaway desserts on the first floor.

Mother of Vegan restaurant in Tokyo - Edit
AIN.SOPH provides one of the best vegan foods in Tokyo. I've been here a numerous times and every time I visit here, I'm impressed by how good their food is!! AIN.SOPH has few other locations in Tokyo (there's also one in Kyoto) and this Ginza location has modern calm atmosphere. The popular menu here is a fluffy scone-like pancake plate

Cozy and cute - Edit
Good, flavorful food. The salad was great, dressing delicious. Also had the mushroom rice, was filling and food came out super quickly. Got a matcha beer, which was kind of fun - I wasn’t a huge fan but my friend loved it! Awesome location, too, very convenient.

A quiet retreat off busy Ginza, we had the fondue and the cutlet and found both to be delicious (and cheaper than the bento if you are saving money). Loved it!

Adorable Vegan Cafe - Edit
We had time to kill before our flight home. Didn’t want to venture too far from a Tokyo Station so we tried Ain Soph Ginza. Adorable cafe with high quality vegan food. It’s a little more high end with prices around $15-$30 but a very nice place to relax and end our trip. Highly recommended!

Great experience at Ain Soph. And you get free dessert for the review :p the food is really good and Tokyo does not have so many vegan restaurants so it’s a very good address to keep.
