Highly recommended - Edit
I came to Ain soph ginza with a group of friends for dinner. We were all amazed at how delicious the food was. It offers good value for money. The New York cheesecake was exceptional.

Disappointed - Edit
Advertised a free dessert if we wrote a review on happy cow.
Read moreThey read the review when we showed them, so I would suggest treating the 5 star reviews with skepticism.
They said we couldn’t have the dessert when we showed them the review when paying because we were sitting in the wrong area.
Very different from Ain Soph Ripple in shinjuku. Don’t expect burgers or burritos. Food was really nice but very small. Otherwise service was nice. We came for lunch and the menu was limited to about 4 options. Overpriced even when we got the cheapest option on the menu. Over 5200 yen for 2 lunches and a small juice.
Pros: Tasty food
Cons: Too expensive

I had the 9-Sample dish, which was amazing, so I wanted to try more things and had the “Tofu Spanish Omelette”, which happened to be included in the first sample dish that I had, (probably the best sample...)
Everything was delicious.
Great experience!
Pros: Unique and very tasty , Very kind stuff , Quite and relaxing atmosphere
Cons: A bit pricey, but worth it.

They offer a free dessert when you write a review. I was there during holiday and they offered a special menu, with fewer options (I think), but well-served, delicious and made with care.

Great food, but expensive - Edit
Really nice food and friendly staff. Probably one of the best vegan places in Japan, but it’s still pretty basic (ie. It’s soups, salads, wraps, pretty standard stuff), so I don’t think the prices are justified. Especially the products in the case (cookies, juices, etc) which cost WAY more than in any major city I’ve visited. If they cut the prices (eg. 15-20%) I’d probably give them 5 stars.

I had the heavenly pancakes and they were indeed heavenly! If you don’t want alcohol, just ask to replace the rum ice cream with vanilla ice cream.

Lovely atmosphere, mediocre food - Edit
I feel this place tries hard, but I was distinctly unimpressed. The food is fairly bland and did not seem to require a great deal of skill to make. I could have made better myself (and I am only a competent cook, not a chef).

The restaurant was close to the train station. The ambiance was really nice and felt like a nice cozy place. Food options were really good for vegans. You get to try Japanese style food but vegan!

Great — Fancy — Pricey - Edit
Ain.Soph Ginza is in a beautiful spot right above a Trueberry — a vegan smoothie place. Located on the second, third, and fourth floors of its building, Ain.Soph Ginza has delicious food, a sophisticated atmosphere, and attractive presentation. The food comes in small portions, especially for the price, so make sure to keep that in mind when ordering. The Carrot Potage was terrific and the Deep Fried Vegetable Meat (Kara Age) was juicy. The Spanish Omelette was nothing special but the desserts were superb. Overall, another great Ain.Soph restaurant!

Must-visit in Ginza! - Edit
My wife and I ordered the Dinner Course composed of the Kissho Box (9 select dishes), Nasu-Kogen Salad, Soup, Dessert (we chose the New York Soy Cheesecake) and drink (coffee). The tangy salad had a great mix of vegetables. The pumpkin soup was rich in flavor, to which was perfectly complemented by the house bread with coconut butter. Apart from your usual vegetables, the Kissho box also offered an interesting mix of vege meat and tofu dishes. The New York cheesecake with blueberries were amazing. As per my wife, this was good enough reason to go back. I was in matcha heaven with my own order of matcha cheesecake paired with match tea.

Fully vegan restaurant - Edit
Vegan, part of a group. I had the dinner set - but expensive but a good chance to try a little bit of everything. Included salad, soup, box of 9 mini dishes, dessert and hot drink. Soup was the low light, rest very good. Staff very friendly.

Cozy place with excellent pancakes - Edit
This place is ome of the finer vegan dining spots in Tokyo, but the price is totally worth it if you want a special treat. I only came here for dessert, since I’d read that the pancakes were good, and they sure didn’t disappoint! The staff didn’t speak a lot of English, but were very helpful and eager to answer any questions I had (at first I didn’t understand that the restaurant was on the 2nd floor and it took me some time to figure it out lol).

We arrived at the end of the lunch service without reservations and they were kind enough to squeeze us in. The staff was very friendly and we got to choose from a couple of options in the lunch menu. The bento box came with tomato soup abd rice and all the components were full of flavour.

We had a great experience having dinner here, we tried three dishes and they were delicious. We really recommend the fondue, it was spectacular. Everything is vegan and they are very kind. The place is not very big (5 tables) so making a reservation is almost a must.

The best pancakes I have ever had - Edit
The pancakes are not your usual famous fluffy Japanese pancakes but they are even better, paired with fresh fruits and ever fresher nuts. I could say it’s the best pancakes I have ever had, and I have had a fair amount of pancakes before.
