This is such an excellent vegan restaurant. There is no menu, you get to eat what the place has cooked. We enjoyed very much the concept. It started with a soup that was seriously so good. They have their own olive oil that was super fruity tasty. All other dishes were delicous, especially the tempura with its creamy sauce. The staffs are kind and so friendly. Portions are generous so go there hungry. It is one of the only 5 fully vegan restaurant in puglia so you should really try it. If you go there by car, a code is needed to go inside.

Delicious special birthday lunch - Edit
Welcoming and friendly service. Excellent wine and olive oil. Delicious food varied in colour, texture, and tastes. Amazing desserts. Huge portions, and we took some home.

Posto carino, ma con menu fisso , ci sono le varie portate basate su vegetali - Edit
Ampliare il menu provando ad inserire anche primi piatti e secondo della tradizione italiana ed internazionali rivisitati in chiave vegan , per dare più scelta al cliente e variare , ad esempio utilizzando legumi , formaggi vegetali , tofu affumicato, seitan , tempeh o burger che anche un onnivoro incuriosito nel provarlo potrebbe “ scambiare “ per “carne”, ad esempio cacio e pepe vegan, lasagne vegan, tutto si può veganizzare 💚

Vegan Oasis - Edit
Lovely place with vegan dinner. You can eat there even if you aren't staying at the retreat. Dinner is served at 19:30 and the menu changes. We had a lovely dinner that did not photograph well, but felt home-cooked and lovely! A big plus is also that everything is organic.
Read moreTheir friendliness and hospitality is also worth a mention. We arrived too early and spontaneously (reservations are recommended) but were welcome to explore and relax by the pool until it was dinner time.

Cena vegana perfecta! - Edit
Magnífico restaurante vegano en el sur de Italia. Fuimos dos a cenar y nos sirvieron un menú que tenían preparado de 8 platos (la mayoría para compartir), postre, pan y agua. Todo por 25€/persona, que puede parecer caro, pero acabamos muy llenos y muy contentos con los sabores tan ricos y con la variedad de platos típicos de la zona.

Sin duda, merece la pena ir. En nuestro caso, nos desviamos casi una hora para cenar aquí y ya estamos pensando en repetir!
