Overpriced and not worth it - Edit
For the price the food was very mediocre. I was really excited to eat here because the menu looked great.

Incredible Mushroom Ravioli - Edit
I have now been to Agricola twice this winter and have enjoyed each visit. The decor is very attractive and the staff are excellent. Other reviewers have mentioned that there aren't that many vegan options, but I have to give it four stars just because of how good the mushroom ravioli is. My dad isn't vegan and has ordered it twice because of the quality. We also tried the sweet potato chili which was good, but not exceptional.
Read moreThis place is quite expensive, but I believe is worth is for a special occasion or as an occasional treat. I look forward to trying other entrees when they change their menu, but also hope they bring the mushroom ravioli back next winter.
Pros: Friendly staff, High quality, Interesting decor
Cons: Expensive, Limited Vegan Options

Delicious, but Variety Lacking - Edit
Agricola Eatery is a well-established Princeton restaurant known for its creative farm-to-table dishes. While the food is typically good, I was disappointed by the lack of variety in the current menu.
Read moreThe menu changes seasonally, which is commendable. However, on my recent visit, a staggering two-thirds of the vegan entree options are mushroom based. This struck me as odd and frankly, rather limiting for people who aren't crazy about mushrooms.
I understand the desire to highlight seasonal ingredients, but I believe Agricola could strike a better balance. A single mushroom-based dish is great, but the current offering is a bit excessive. It alienates diners with different dietary preferences and prevents them from experiencing the full breadth of the restaurant's culinary expertise.
While the food I did have was enjoyable, the limited selection left me feeling unsatisfied. I would love to see Agricola introduce more diverse entree options in the future while still showcasing the best of seasonal produce.

Seasonal dishes were excellent. - Edit
Vegan options are listed on their main menu, and are not simply another dish with dairy taken out.
Read moreI was pleased that each course (aside from flatbreads) had multiple vegan options. My husband had the corn chowder which we all agreed was the best dish we had! I had a corn ravioli which was surprisingly delicious and the portion size was generous. They didn’t have any vegan proteins available which was maybe the only drawback, but I didn’t miss them.
Pros: Seasonal menu, Intentionally vegan dishes

Nice place with several vegan options - Edit
First time at this location although I’ve been in Princeton many times. I was here for a business lunch and they asked me if I had a reservation. Parking is available on the street or in local garage for a fee. Although it was an afternoon lunch. It was pretty busy inside this restaurant. They definitely do not rush you. The food is a little bit pricey. Several vegan options clearly marked on the menu. I started with the summer corn chowder, which was delicious. I moved onto the LoRe’ sweet pea ravioli, which was fabulous. I also had some of their roasted local mushrooms as a side, which were amazing and there fingerling potatoes, which were also good. Very much looking forward to coming back here again. It was expensive, but it was delicious. Worth the splurge.

At Least One Vegan Entree - Edit
Agricola is vegan friendly. All menu items are labeled and the staff is knowledgeable about vegan options. Many items can be made vegan. There is a dessert (a peanut butter ice cream) that is vegan and delicious. If you are Finn g with mostly non vegans this is a good place.

Cons: Not a lot specifically vegan
