There are actually a good handful of vegan options here - mostly natively vegan - but most of the menu is not vegan.
Read moreI had the agedashi tofu, hazelnut tantan (ramen), and a yuzu limeade. All were excellent, and the service was equally good. I didn't know what to expect from the hazelnut broth (with chopped hazelnuts as well), but it was good, if a little on the spicy side for me (I asked for it medium or mild, and it was definitely medium, and came with chili oil on the side). It had a couple of great pieces of grilled bokchoy, and I wished there had been more of that. The limeade was a really tasty eye opener.
There are lots of pure vegan options in Portland, but this is a perfectly good choice with non-vegan friends or if you eat here occasionally. A bit on the expensive side.
