Fresh and Delicious!

The delicious go-to place in novato, the food is very fresh and well thought out. The smoothies and shakes are wonderful and my favorite is the Vegetable Bowl - brown rice, a delicious sauce with finally chopped raw and fresh veggies.

Lots of good vegan options and knowledgeable staff

We had lentil bbq burger and they had a Caesar salad that was vegan, food was a solid vegan option for Novato, would eat there again

Tasty!

The portions were huge! Two of us shared the hummus quinoa salad, a cup of vegan chili & a berry smoothie. Everything was tasty & the chili was spicier than expected, but I like spicy. We were stuffed!

Pros: Clearly marked vegan & gluten free items, Friendly staff

Cons: Expensive

Love the Rice & Beans

This is my new refueling station for when I'm up in Marin. Stellar chips, salsa & guac.

I needed something simple and warm so got a side of rice and beans. Short grain brown rice was perfectly cooked and the beans were not overly oily or greasy. I was so happy.

Printed/laminated menu has more options
House seasoning looks a bit like plain nutritional yeast so be careful or you might oversalt your food! ;)

Pros: Nice single stall bathrooms, Friendly staff, Infused water dispenser (complimentary)

Cons: Wish there were more locations

Healthy Vegan Options

The lentil bowl, veggie bowl, BBQ lentil burger , and hummus quinoa salad are my regular dishes. Scrumptious, healthy, and super friendly service. I just love this place. The smoothies are also superb!

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Friendly service , Clean/inviting indoor/outdoor dining

Definitely a good area stop!

Novato is oddly devoid of copious vegan options. This place has a large menu with lots of vegan or veganizable items. I had the avocado toast with mustard seeds. It was ok. The bread was thick, the avocado was plentiful, but was basically in guacamole form and very salty. They served it with tortilla chips which were also salty. It was good overall, but not remotely the best avo toast I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

I also ordered a smoothie bowl that was bomb! The fruit was perfectly sweet and ripe. The presentation was beautiful (forgot a picture), but the bowl was woefully small.

I would certainly try this place again, but the pros and cons level it out to three stars in my book.

Pros: Pretty food, Lots of options

Cons: Salty, Pricey, Weird portions (some big, some small)

A decent choice in an area strangely devoid of good options

I thought this area of California would be more vegan friendly, but there really aren't many good options. This place is good in a pinch, but nothing special.

Really good food!

Been here 2 times already. First time I had the BBQ burger and chips. Burger was huge and flavorful. Homemade lentil burger and BBQ beet sauce, red onion, and few other goodies. One of the better veggie type burgers I’ve had!
Next visit was Wholesome bowl. Lots of fresh veggies. Not sure what’s in the OG sauce but it GOOD!

Big menu to check out.

I would like to see a small salad served with the burgers instead of chips tho.

lots of vegan choices!

Today was the grand opening. I had the veggie rice bowl and husband had the burrito. both were very tasty and large servings - good service, helpful. we sat inside in the corner, the music was crazy loud and they lowered it when asked. many items are vegetarian and the vegan items are marked with a “V.” lunch/dinner items can be made vegan. they do not have non-dairy cheese, which is disappointing. they have a large selection of non-dairy yoghurts, which I’ll sample soon! highly recommend. so great to have a restaurant nearby that serves vegan food!!

oh, it’s cashless, also.

Pros: good food!, helpful service!, environmentally conscious

Cons: no vegan cheese (yet, I hope)
