Worth a visit

Tasty selection of vegan offerings and a friendly couple working. Would definitely visit again if we’re going through Regina!

Friendly welcoming service, good food too!

A nice freindly spot with an interesting range of dishes and cakes, many with a middle eastern twist. Looks like there is some live music from time to time too. Not so many obviously Vegan dishes,but numerous Vegetarian ones to pick from.

Pros: Relaxed helpful service., Good food., Wifi too.

Cons: Could mark non meat dishes more clearly., Could use a little TLC overall.

Delicious veg options

I am absolutely addicted to their vegan falafel wrap with a side lentil soup. Other popular veg options include their veg chili, fattoush salads, and coffees. They also have a frequent customer card.

Pros: Best lentil soup in town, Best falafel in town, Staff knowledgeable about vegan options

Cons: Vegan options not clearly labelled on menu
