Serves meat, vegan options available. Traditional Ethiopean food, based around the injera bread with various curries. Traditional style seating. Mainly vegan menu. Wash your hands before eating as utensils are not normally given and it's bad manners to eat with dirty right hand. Open Mon 13:00-16:00, 20:00-00:00, Wed-Sun 13:00-16:00, 20:00-00:00.

Good portion size, tasty - Edit
Pretty interior, decent portion size and tasty. Injera was good. Had some yellow lentils, brown lentils, potatoes and carrots, misir wot, non-spicy salad, and some greens I don't remember. Good assortment.

Pros: Vegan combi
Cons: Not able to address change request

Muy bonito - Edit
I went here with some friends and we enjoyed it a lot. The staff is very kind and the food really is something different. A lot was spicy which I like. You eat with your hands and can easily share the food. 👍

Just be careful when coming here with meat eating friends - Edit
I went here with a friend that eats meat. I ordered a vegan platter and she ordered one with some chicken and egg. What arrived was one big platter we both had to eat from and while I know this is not unusual at all for ethiopian food, I felt weird eating from this plate that had meat on it so i wish the server had told us/asked us if that was okay. The other ethiopian restaurant i went to just asked us if we want to share a plate or not. However, everything on the plate was vegan besides the little chicken wing and egg at the top and it was delicious.

Bland and greasy - Edit
They do not ferment the injera. If you know anything about Ethiopian food you will be severly disappointed. The food is bland and greasy. In Sants the restaurant Addis Ababa is marginally better. They also do not ferment the injera but they add more spices to the veggie options so they have a bit more flavour (still nothing compared to authentic Ethiopian cuisine, there are no good Ethiopian restaurants in Barcelona).

Best Ethiopian - Edit
The overall operation might benefit from some improvement, but this is some of the best Ethiopian food I’ve had anywhere - and I’m no noobie to Ethiopian food.

Friendly staff, delicious food - Edit
First time to try Ethiopian food and I loved it. Everything was so full of flavor plus the staff was lovely. She did insist we ordered meat dishes though, saying we "need" meat to live. Well, she is just one of the many people who believe that.

It's a scam - Edit
We ordered 2 different injeras and they brought us one with an extra piece of bread on the side and told us everything is combined on this one plate and it's to share. They are not charging per meal but per person so we ended up paying 29€ for one plate and walked out hungry.

This is common at Ethiopian restaurants, the food is meant to share and everyone eats from the same large plate. Hope you did enjoy the food.

I've been to other Ethiopian restaurants and I know the concept of sharing. But serving only injera when two different(!!!) ones were ordered and then telling us they mixed the toppings so it is what we ordered, that I have never experienced and to me is a scam! We were so hungry when we got there and excited to have each one his own. And 29 Euro later we left still hungry.

Extremely nice people and food was great. So many spices and tastes, not spicy, very healthful. The menu was a large refillable tasting platter. All good!
