Had a fantastic vegetarian brunch here. Ended up ordering too much because everything looked so good. Highly recommend the dosas. Also the smoked potatoes. So good.

Absolutely the best - Edit
Best, most delicious meal.
Read moreWe had the Restaurant Week menu. Fixed price for a choice of three appetizers, three entrees and three desserts. We were a party of three so we got one of each and shared them all.
Each plate was beautifully prepared and totally delicious the restaurant is beautiful and the service was perfect
Appetizers were avocado lettuce cups, beets with an avocado purée and crisp summer cucumbers
Second course was a whole cauliflower baker with a tahini lemon glaze, seared tofu with black maitake mushrooms, brocolini and ginger and mushroom walnut bolognese.
Desserts were carrot cake, a warm gianduja cookie and flan.
Anything they do is beautifully prepared. Absolutely delicious.
Couldn’t be better!
Pros: Great food, Beautiful restaurant, Excellent service

Great meal - Edit
The meals took a while to arrive (and not at the same time), but it was worth the wait as everything was very tasty.
Read moreAlso the menu doesn't say what's plant based so we had to tell the staff we're vegan.

Very few vegan options to choose from for breakfast. They won’t offer items from the brunch menu or the lunch menu during breakfast either, so I’d suggest finding vegan breakfast elsewhere. It’s great for vegetarians though.

Delightful fancy brunch - Edit
We got an espresso martini, a vegan croissant, the green hummus, savory oats, semolina pancake and Thai Iced tea Sunday. My partner says it was the best hummus he’s ever had. He said the semolina pancake was just ok. I really enjoyed the savory oats. They were very veggie forward and the mushrooms and romanesco were 👌👌👌. The croissant was pretty good too though I’m not much of an authority on pastries. My partner really enjoyed the Thai Iced Tea Sunday. Overall we really enjoyed the food. Most things can be made vegan here except for the egg dishes and one of the pancakes had dairy.

Beautiful and delicious vegetarian and vegan fine dining - Edit
Old review from 2018: Vegetarian restaurant that can accommodate vegans, abcV has beautiful and delicious foods. What I love about many of their dishes are just great preparation of vegetables and flavors. And less about trying to veganize dishes.

Incredible dishes: dates, market beets
Read moreReally great dishes: green hummus
We had some really incredible dishes here but most of the entrees (including the $30 cauliflower, curry, and shiitake mushrooms) were only good and not worth the high cost.
Our total bill was $220.
The servers and ambiance were great. I'd love to return, but I'll probably eat beforehand and only get a few select dishes here.
It's also close to The Stand if you're trying to catch a comedy show afterwards.
Pros: Dates, Beets, Ambiance
Cons: Cauliflower , Cost

Great choice for a special evening out - the juices and elixirs are fun for a non alc drink, the roasted cauliflower is one of their staples. Love the hummuses. Menu changes seasonally. Everything I’ve tried has been wonderful.

Expensive Vegetarian - Edit
While I applaud the vegetarian in ABCV, it really is vegetarian and not vegan. For lunch, the majority of the menu consists of egg dishes.

Worth it - Edit
Started out with green hummus, which was really good. Grilled oak wood shiitake was the best of the five dishes I tried - So full of flavor. Beluga lentils were sub par, some felt partially cooked and seasoning really did not do it for me. Special of the night was pasta with truffles, which was ok, not sure if it was worth paying $80 for. Our Server was very friendly but the speed of service could def use improvement. Great ambiance and a decent selection of wines.

Amazing High-end Vegan Food! - Edit
We loved this restaurant. The food and service were top notch. They recommend 2-3 plates per person. We ordered 10 dishes for 4 people and it was the perfect amount. Each dish had amazing flavors and we devoured every morsel. The only exception to our selections was the whole roasted cauliflower. It looked nice but lacked the incredible flavors of the other dishes. Our favorites included really every other dish we ordered. However, the dates, honeynut squash, grilled shiitake, and the creamy seared tofu really stood out. Then there was dessert. Don’t pass up on dessert!! The chocolate cherry layer cake and the white sweet potato soft serve were divine! The sorbets were just okay - the fig sorbet lacked flavor.
Read moreThis restaurant is a must go. The food won’t disappoint, but be prepared that it is on the pricey side.
